Life on the edge

Yep, there's nothing else you could call not knowing where you'll be sleeping for the night until about an hour previous to crashing there. Ahh, but Loth! I'm staying in Lothlorian, Neil's Co-op, home of the elves. Last night I slept in the loft of a friend of Neil's who went (along with a third of the co-op) to burning man. That house sure has character. I was consitering sleeping on the roof, to get the full effect of being a fish (the term they use for non-elves who are staying there temporarily) but there was a 5 person tent pitched up there, and about 3 mattresses already, so I opted for the loft instead. Who knows where I'll be sleeping tonight. It's a lot of fun, like an exciting little secret or suprise waiting for me after a grueling day of classes, to go home to the welcoming arms of the elves. And so many people there have introduced themselves to me and asked about my situation. It's great fun to blend in (as much as this wolf can blend in with the grass-eaters)because they don't know if I'm in-fact a new move-in or a fish. *makes the fish face* oh, it's definately the latter.

So right now I'm updating from the Art History library, because I didn't feel like dealing with my lap top, and all the regular-use library computers were being used, with a line of people waiting. So I was sneaky and came to where I knew there wouldn't be any competition. (It pays to be a nerd)

Oh man, and I had Italian today, it was awesome. I'm excited, I think I'm in the right class. (I decided to skip Italian 1 and go straight to 2) I could speak more fluently then some of the other people in there. =)

And because my buddist psychology class starts in 5 minutes, I must off.

A big big big thank you to Neil...I owe you big time!
