Random Tidbits
I'm so tired, and have not had enough sleep per night in a consistent way during the past few weeks. I have to be IN TEMECULA tomorrow morning at 8am to setup for Sigma Kappa's Founders' Day celebration, which our alumae chapter (and, therefore, our chapter) is hosting. *laughs*
Oh, but I discovered this weekend that I am capable and rather talented at producing a flirty and continuous French accent when desired (speaking English with French accent, that is). So much fun!
Just watched the trailer for Sweeney Todd. OMG AM SO EXCITED!! My infatuation with Johnny Depp and his superb acting abilities has grown tenfold. I didn't even really know wtf Sweeney Todd (the musical, or story) was before, and now? Educated. As if Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow wasn't delight enough, he now gets to please me as a crazed, singing, serial killer! XD And of course, with Helena Bonham Carter alongside? Hot! She's crazy and I love her in parts like this, so I can't wait till this comes out.
Also, my car broke down this weekend because my radiator was fucked. No, really. Stupid metal piece. Second radiator in less than a year. Luckily, (and to my surprise) my dad actually paid for getting it fixed (!!) and car is running fine again, but... getting nearly stranded on the 91 fwy/Van Buren exit at 11pm without a cell phone that I stupidly forgot is NOT something I want to experience again. Thank heavens for kind strangers (or being a girl?) at gas stations that let me use their phone to call family for help, for AAA, and for knowing enough about how cars work to know that if I had kept on driving, my engine would have blown a headgasket, literally (and needed rebuilding/replacing).
So anyway, tomorrow is going to be hectic and crazy as per usual with life lately, hence I better get to sleep. Plus, I'm exhausted since I only had about 4 hours of sleep last night because Jessica took me home (went to UCR play last night) and we ended up chatting about whatever until like 4:30am. XD
