New Beginnings
I've decided to renounce my left-wing, anti-war ways and embrace neoconservatism.
I'm going to apply to a few conservatice think tanks and organizations in D.C. for internships. I hope they take me!!*
Oh, what a joy it would be to work under Newt Gingrich (seriously though, who names their kid "newt"?), Lynne Cheney, Frederick Kagan, or Gary Schmitt! To meet the people that created Project for the New American Century (PNAC) and the reasons behind the Iraq war! How exciting to have the chance to work alongside such intelligent, brave, and patriotic folk!
And so, I'm applying for an internship with The American Enterprise Institute so I can work under and with one of these scholars. Again, I just hope I'm good enough for them. We'll see...

(For "privacy" reasons, I'll soon be leaving all politically-related posts [rants, news, opinion, etc.] under "Friends Only," so I can cover my tracks a bit in this endeavor. Including this post.)
* I am totally serious about the second sentence of this post. I really do hope they take me though, so I can sneak into the mouth of Hell itself and perhaps write an investigative expose/book about my experience as an infiltrator into the most neoconversative think tank in the U.S.
