Poor Taran. He had a great morning, behaved himself beautifully, and then he woke up from nap after my having battled to get Anna down for an hour, then battled with insurance reps for another hour, and I was in tears when I went to get him... I tried to explain that he was good, had done nothing wrong, and blah blah blah. He just kept saying he wanted me to be happy. I gave him a lollipop and the bulldozer movie and said he needed to be quiet (hence the lollipop) while Mommy was on the phone. Of course Anna woke up. In short, we're now waiting to hear whether or not we'll have to pay about $1000 in insurance mistakes, or if they realize it's their fault and we get out of it.
Remember Anna's fever??? They're saying it was a "non-emergency" and therefore isn't covered.
I hate insurance companies. I'd vote for the devil himself (atheism notwithstanding) if he came with universal healthcare.
