Last weekend I went to my 15 year reunion. A couple of people put a lot of work into tracking us all down and planning an evening at a great Thai restaurant in Minneapolis and then a gathering at classmate's house afterwards. At first it was really overwhelming. I went to the arts high school and our graduating class was 100 people. We lived together for two years and for the most part, everyone was like family. I lost track of everyone within a few years of graduation and once I got over how overwhelming the situation was, I wondered how I could have forgotten about all of these amazing people??

I have never been one of those people who have glorified their younger days and wished they were still there. And I'm still not. But I really hope that I actually keep in touch and continue my friendship with a few of the people I was reunited with.

I got lost on my way from the restaurant to the house we were gathering at for the rest of the night. I ended up discovering new places in Minneapolis and then headed back to St. Cloud after an hour of new places. Hopefully, I'll be able to catch up with a few of the people I never said goodbye to that night. I was able to get in touch with the guy who's house I got lost trying to find. He sent me an email back that had me in deep thoughts for most of the day.
