FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!
and did I mention, FUCK! :( Windows hardlocked on me today while playing a game. ended up having to power button to regain control. So, after that, every 30-120 mins it randomly reboots. Now between reboots it will (every 10 misn or so) freeze for 2-10 seconds...and if it freezes longer than that, reboot city!
Already have a couple apps that crash when autochecking for updates, but can be manually updated, so I am guessing its either DLL hell or a fucked up registry...the cleaner for registries flat out won't run on it. Sooo...here it is, 1:40am, and I am backing up files from the PC to the server, getting reg codes and downloading the drivers I want on first (such as video drivers).
Once the MP3 directory copies to the server (redundant directory #2 on different drives on the server), it is time to boot from the CD and wipe it out, reinstall, join the domain and then patch, patch, patch, patch....thank god I have SP2 on the server (IT downloadable edition) so that 110mb DL is already done. This is gonna be a sucky rest of the weekend. :(
