Where the hell have I been?! aka. 30 Days without Facebook
So I was sitting there checking Facebook for the umpteenth time one day when I thought, "I wonder if I could reasonably exist socially without the giant FB monkey on my back." It has become so integrated into our lives it seems that I didn't even realize how often I would just type www.facebook.com out of sheer habit.
So here I am, 48 hours removed from logging out and what can I say? The world did not end. I have caught myself a few times almost instinctively typing the url in before catching myself and going elsewhere. It's really going to be an interesting experience seeing how I do without the Zuckerberg teat but who knows, maybe I'll finally get some other crap done for once. Other than that. HI! NICE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN.
