Yes, friends, the yearly post!
Ok, not bad.
Not bad at all! Managing all these internet social forums with relative success. Well, perhaps limited success given that I could have vanished into the Bermuda triangle, reappeared and had my 15 minutes of fame in the time I have been away from LJ. I'm only here to read YOUR entries really.
There is NO snow here and it's freaking me out. We have had a lot of rain. I have been getting 1-2 days of work a week. I think it's ok but I would certainly prefer to be busier.
Boys are fine, dog is cute and Todd is leaving a lot to manage towers. I often feel bad as he would prefer not to leave and yet he must, only to have highly-strung people yell impossible demands his way. Like kindergarteners that never grew up, it would seem.
Thinking of starting a music group. Must get out of my lazy ear- as in my inability to arrange a musical piece due to being ear trained. It's the stank. Would also like to do some kind of theatre thing this summer. I half-considered King's Landing because I miss everyone so much but then Bronwen would call me LIFER. Still, it would allow me to play music and practice songs and arrangements again.
Finished a few paintings lately. A few people said I should sell them- yes I could imagine one selling but where? I wouldn't know where to show them- I am by NO means a professional polished person but I might like to recoup the cost of my materials. Painting is expensive! Will start acrylics soon.
The dog tried to climb in the dishwasher today. She wanted to eat the food particles off the plates. I closed it partway and told her to buzz off, only to find her neck twisted around with her foot in the door, desperate to get in. My beagle is fat. She would eat until her belly dragged on the floor.
Sam and I played frisbee today. I am trying to pay more attention to him as he has been anxious lately. He and I are enjoying She-Ra and Jem (his fav shows no lie)- thanks to Liz for the She Ra DVD.
I want to buy Rock Band and bring it to Mulholland House. I don't want a PS3...you can't make me, Sony! You are not backwards compatible for my ultra rare PS1 and 2 games!!! (nerd alert).
