Yeah, I can understand your reservations about the whole Sam/Dean/Jess thing becoming a part of this 'verse. I do was going: "WTH?" to my muse for a bit.
I'm glad you liked the flashback, hon. And Sam being with Jess, but not having it bring up all kinds of memories for him while he is, just didn't feel right. So I'm glad you enjoyed the "2nd flashback" too. :) And having her sound like Dean was just an incredibly easy and comfortable place for me to go to.
And can I say that I really, REALLY wanted more Sam/Jess flashbacks? But I'm figuring out how to add them to the next part because I didn't want this one to be super long. So yeah, there will be more HET and more Sam/Dean/Jess mentioned too in the second part.
And yeah, with this 'verse especially it just seemed to me that Dean would want that after everything they've been through.
I'm glad you're excited for the next part already! No clue when I'll have that one done, but you'll have something to look forward to.
Speaking of the 'Awkward Parents 'verse' however, tonight (Tuesday) they're re-broadcasting the episode "I'm No Angel", which was the episode that jumped started this whole thing. :)I probably won't watch it until Friday, but I'm planning on a rewatch. :) :)

I saw they were rebroadcasting that ep (I was downstairs watching TV last night and flipping around and saw SPN was on. Went over to see what episode it was). Enjoy your rewatch, sweetie, whenever you have a chance to see it!
So I'm back on my computer (yay!) but am still catching up on stuff. I had intended to either hit the Board later tonight or tomorrow. As I said over there, apparently I was logged in on this computer (since I never logged out and all, because of it dying on me in the middle) so I did some quick stuff. It wasn't until after I logged out that I saw you had this up over there. I will comment on it soon though, promise!
