This. Was. Perfect.

First of all, the image of them having a little slap fight over neal trying to feel for Peter's pulse is hysterical, and a well-placed bit of humor.

Second, you've rendered Peter's vulnerability so very well. It's just filled my imagination up.

I love that the story's from Neal's POV, and you've converyed his voice very well. And the sex scene between them is really sweet. What a wonderful idea to put the shirt over their heads. And of course, Diana and Jones are such loyal friends in the end.
