So, you know how I've been trying to teach myself how to make icons? I thought I'd share some of the attempts I was least embarrassed by. The line drawings are from the second edition of the book (1954). Textures, in the ones that have textures, are by erniemay and proverbsun

Thanks so much! I had to learn how to do some kind of graphics for an exchange in a different fandom, and I was surprised at how much fun it is--and challenging! So I expect I will make more--

Oh, I really like your cropping. Interesting angles are 90% of what makes an icon for me, and yours catch my eye with how you've cropped everything.

Thanks so much! I agree about the angles--and I love the different coloring effects people are able to get--so I've just been trying to imitate things I like in other people's icons :)
