Writer's Block: Less Than Idle Hands
I have this weird tendency to fiddle with the labels on my clothes - like, not tags or just plain fabric labels, they need to be sort of satiny. I'm just constantly running them through my fingers using a strange method I seem to have developed over the years. I've always done it, and I don't know why. I do it all the time, but particularly so if I'm uncomfortable or otherwise distressed in some way. The only other person I know who does it is a boy roughly around my age who I class as family as he is a relative of a relative and I've known him all my life and stuff, but who I'm not actually technically related to. I really don't know why I do it, I just find it soothing, I think, and it takes my mind off stuff. Hmm. Might be part of my OCD, but I dunno. Maybe I'm just weird.
