Ah, so very very lovely!!!
It's such a wonderful idea to think that they've known each other all along and always stayed in touch between those academy years and the beginning of the five-year-mission.
And I loved Kirk's confidence and support and his utter believe in them together.

The end is incredibly sweet!

This was wonderful! I loved that Kirk wooed him every Valentine's day with secret codes in various languages - it's such a romantic thing to do! It was cute how Spock sort of suspected that it was Jim but never asked him. I enjoyed this very much!
