So, we know from canon that Joe White has the resources/connections to help someone fake their death. Where oh where is the fic wherein Steve's mother turns out to be alive?
Maybe she's in Wit Sec until Wo Fat goes down once and for all (because he's carrying on a grudge his father started).. Or maybe there are other awesome possibilities I can't think of right now, because my brain hurts.
