so much to do, so little time.

You'd never know I was moving in one week based on my room - it's a disaster. I'm now trying to clean out my vanity so we can take it downstairs and reglue/nail/paint it. But the rest of my room is a mess - I have one box packed! It has...books. >_<

Our store manager, Kent, officially quit this week. His last day was Friday, and we don't know who will be replacing him. So Erin made the schedule this week. Luckily, she loves me, so I am not working during the week much. So hopefully I'll be able to get my stuff together by Saturday. Or at least most of it.

On a whim after getting a positive review from katyvendetti I picked up the Sara Bareilles album. And it is fabulous. She reminds me of Anna Nalick (Another artist I can give Katy credit for at least liking first, if not introducing me to) with a touch of Maroon 5. Her music has a lot of good rhythm like they do, but her voice is really clear and sweet, and the songs are all really good. So yay for new good music!

My parents and I played Disney Scene-It last night. So fun. Although they will probably never play with me again. I need to play with Sarah so I have some competition. Either that or a room full of nine-year olds. I want to get Harry Potter Scene-It after all the movies are out, but I'm pretty sure that nobody will ever play that with me. :) But in the middle of playing the game, my mother and I realized that my father has never seen Emperor's New Groove. Now, there were several movies I found out that neither of them have seen, (Treasure Planet, A Bugs Life, Hercules, and my dad is pretty sure he's never seen all of Monster's Inc) but my mom thought that Emperor's New Groove was hilarious, so we made dad watch it. I love watching movies like that with my parents when they actually laugh and appreciate the humor. They liked the voices more than anything. "Oh. I can feel it."

Ok, time to get some food and get back to emptying all the random crap out of my room.
