Kaiji is a really good show.
Like, really, really good.
It's like Liar Game (but with someone who is actually a mathematical genius writing it) had a lovechild with Saw (except it's still good even after the second arc, which can't be said about all those Saw movies. It's intelligent and intriguing and I teared up during episode fourteen.
AND THAT ENDING. DAMN, THAT WAS TENSE.
ALSO, ALL OF THAT YELLING WAS MUSIC TO MY EARS.
It doesn't even matter that Kaiji kept crying in almost all the episodes, his voice actor was awesome while doing it.
But no matter how good this show is the majority of people won't watch because the art style isn't pretty by conventional standards. They would rather watch Starry Sky or something.
