fucking dog days of summer
My room is like an effin sauna. And I am exhausted for that reason. Blech.
So 13 more days till Sasha comes back to the US and 15 more days till we move into Lafayette. :-D I'm really excited.
I gotta update my webshots with pictures from a billion years ago. I might just get a yahoo photo album so I don't have a limit because the fucking webshots limit is kicking my ass. Hmm.
So I babysat the doctor's kids today. It was easy. I was only there for 3 hours and they were in the kiddie pool with their cousins while I was chatting it up with their grandmother. I got really wet but that's ok because it was damn hot outside. So the doctor is doing ear piercing now and I told her she can practice on mine before she does the baby's ears tomorrow. I also volunteered my arm to have my blood drawn yesterday since a girl I work with is training us to draw blood. The fingersticks hurt, so I let her stick the long needle in my arm and take out mad blood. It was fun. I was thisclose to bringing the blood home to show my mom but she would've freaked out so I didn't. But yeah, the people I work with are so cool and I'll miss them when I have to leave :(
