uhh. forgot to mention that i was The Bad Customer Serciceperson yesterday. there was a horrible rush and i'd just started my shift at the counter. just about the third customer in the row was this ~13 year old girl who when i asked her what she'd like just screamed in my face "i fucking said ICE TEA!" when she'd said nothing but maybe muttered something in her friend's direction. at this point i should've just sai to her that people don't just walk around screaming at strangers. anyway, i acted almost as nothing too special had happened and having after some difficulties found out it was a big ice tea she wanted served it to her and asked if she'd like anything else. she just stared at me. "anything else?" i repeated clearer and with a louder voice. she just kept staring at me and screamed "what NOW?!?". i decided either her hearing must be bad OR she deserves a good kicking so i went for the first option and practically shouted her the question, just like you have to do to old grannies who've forgotten their hearing aids home. anyway, it occurred she could hear quite perferctly but didn't just deserve to live.
