I saw this and thought that you might like to try it. It looks like a yummy tofu recipe.
Sautéed Green Beans with Tofu
Ingredients:
6 ounces extra-firm tofu, 1-inch pieces
2 cups green beans, 2-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon lemon herb seasoning
1/8 teaspoon ground double superfine mustard
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat 2/3 teaspoon oil in medium nonstick sauté pan. Blend in Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and tofu. Stir-fry tofu until browned and crusted on all sides. In a second nonstick sauté pan, heat remaining oil and add green beans, onion, garlic, vinegar, nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon herb seasoning, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until beans are crisp-tender. Place beans on serving plate and top with tofu.
