Sounds to me like they're feeding you a bunch of bullshit to try and "scare you straight", hoping you don't understand the law, especially given their sudden bug up the ass about underage drinking and driving.
You're entitled to fair trial and pleading "not guilty" isn't an option they can take away. I'd strongly suggest you find a lawyer, because they're not playing with a full deck or they're hoping you're not.
