Onward, to Nicholls!
So my bff Jonah is going back to school in Thibodaux today. (On an interesting note "Thibodaux" auto corrects to "Thingumabob" on this computer.) I've only made it down there once to hang out while I was already down there for work and I've always said I'd go hang but it's three years in and I really haven't. But today I'm going! I'll help him unpack, meet all his friends/coworkers and generally hang out and play video games, I believe the plan is. I'm really excited.
I hope that the shower in his dorm room is warm.... I've been living with a non-hot-water heater for like a week and it just really freaking sucks. I tried to take a shower this morning and it just didn't happen.
On another note, Ceslie and I ate at a neat little place close to her apt for lunch today. Hot Food Express :D They have amaaaazing shrimp fried rice. Like really freaking good. The place was super cute too! All last year in Acorps I heard people talking about the food from there and we finally tried it today. We agreed to make it one of our usual spots for food. I can't wait to try the different kinds of fried rice!
