Drabble Drabble
Here is my entry for the last ldws drabble round. It was the winning drabble -- thank you to those of you who voted. I'm not sure if I'm getting a banner, I'll edit it in if/when I do.

I actually really ended up liking this drabble. Let me know what you think. The challenge was to write an "after the battle" drabble, in other words, the ending of book seven. We had to use the word "scar" as the last word, as JKR has stated it will be the last word in the book.
All the drabbles were very good. The one I voted for as my favorite actually ended up being the losing entry.
So for your reading pleasure a bit of Harry and Hermione, though not as a couple (probably). (kendas, feeling the love yet?) 100 words exactly.
BFF
“Stop that, Harry.” Hermione sounded cross.
“I’m a ghost. I can finally do whatever I want.”
“Well, you’re not the bloody Cheshire Cat.” She lunged, disconcerted as always when her hands closed around emptiness.
He’d left a smile hanging in mid-air. “Oh yes, very funny,” she muttered.
She returned to her Ministry paperwork. Harry had to learn he couldn’t monopolize all her time, noncorporeal or not.
“Harry...?”
Silence.
“Harry! I didn’t mean it. Come back!”
She felt his presence. He smiled. “I’ll always be here, Hermione, if you need me.”
The last thing to disappear this time was his scar.
