Sweet god, this has given me an appreciation for this pairing, not to mention young!Sirius. I've always thought him a bit of an ass before having read this. Your imagery is really nice, and the characterization is quite good: I love Mrs. Black. She's *such* an ungodly bitch! This is really well written, awesome job.

I just found this, love it! Fabulous. I was happy with the first part, then I saw linkage to part two. I really liked how you did Sirius, and his torment. I think this may be my new favourite for these two. :)

I came across this story sort of by accident. I stumbled upon it after following your LJ link from Coloured Grey, I believe, then started reading it on a lark, even though I've never been that interested in Sirius and Sirius/Bellatrix wasn't even remotely a pairing I was invested in, but I'll be damned if it didn't hook me after the first few paragraphs. I almost wanted to stop reading after while, but found it impossible to do so. This is brilliant and creepy and fucked-up and oh-so-plausible. It kind of blew my little mind, to tell you the truth. The desperation of Sirius' obsession came across incredibly vividly, like a bitter taste on the tongue. An awesome story, although I'm gonna have to brace myself if I'm to re-read it. *g*
