IT LIVES!!!!
New power supply is installed and is working fine so far.
Now...a friend told me today that I should have picked up something a bit more powerful than 300w, since I'm running a mid-line 512mb video card...I wish he had said something yesterday.
Oh well...my computer has run just fine for over 2.5 years with a 300w power supply so I think I should be fine.
Only complaint I have is that the connector that attaches to the hard drive is a little too big and ends up pushing against the side plate of my tower...hopefully that doesn't fuck things up.
