(no subject)
Dad tried to make what I can only call cake sandwiches (think oreos except cake instead of cookies and cream cheese icing instead of the oreo filling). It's not bad and is pretty much a variation on normal cake, but he's decided now that he wants to try again sometime with something more like a soft cookie than cake. I'm not opposed to this, since I LIKE soft cookies.
