So I had just finished ordering the last two books I needed for my Sci-fi/Fantasy class that starts next week, and I look up at the cable music station that I've had it on all day. This particular one plays music from television shows, movies, and musicals. When I finished ordering, it decided it was the right time to play the theme to Star Trek: Deep Space 9. Perfect timing, music channel. Perfect timing.

I've finished my Accounting Information Systems class, so that's one thing done. My Marketing class has one more project I've got to get done since it's due tomorrow, but I keep putting off starting that. Maybe I'll work on it when I switch over to watch Avatar on the extended cable stations I get to access for once.

Tomorrow kicks off my three days of not actually having to go anyway (whoo hoo, three day weekend between summer sessions!). I suppose I ought to finish reading The Hobbit, and watch The Fellowship of the Ring (both of which are apparently slated for the first week of the Sci-fi/Fantasy class). I'm over halfway through The Hobbit, which isn't bad considering I've only been reading in the 10 minutes before my Accounting Information Systems class for not even all of the past two weeks. Speed reading should have it easily done in the next few days. Especially since I've read it several times before.

Also, because I haven't seen it around and I need to share this cracked idea with someone because I certainly do not need it right now: Zuko's story to the tune of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme.

reading, school, bad time for plot bunnies, random thoughts, fandom: avatar
