(no subject)
Sometimes I love the "Hey, I Know That Voice" game. Today's round of amusement: Kamen Rider Den-o's Urataros shares a voice actor with Gatack Zector in Kamen Rider Kabuto (but only in the Hyper Battle Video). This will not amuse me for a whole lot of time, but it is at least amusing for now.
Along similar lines, I realized last week while sitting through yet another commercial for Space Chimps that Titan sounds like Kronk. Which, you know, tells me EVERYTHING I need to know about his personality, despite the fact that I have no intention of seeing Space Chimps.
And now, since I'm watching Avatar again (yay new episodes!), some rambling from watching the "latest" episode.

"I think your feet need your eyes checked." LOL.
Huh, so Zuko's been here before. Mind, this is clearly back during his "WHERE IS THE AVATAR?!" phase, but hey, he clearly had a bit of logic to his search, going to the various Air Temples first, I mean. Zuko's "Oh snap, they're here, I should hide now" was amusing too.
"Who's--oh, nevermind. If it's important, I'll find out." Is this Toph commenting
I love how Zuko rambles in his practice introduction and you couldn't get him to talk at all back in first season. Being at peace with himself somehow means Zuko talks more, and I find that really entertaining. I also think Zuko needs to do more imitations (his Azula wasn't perfect voice-wise, but damn if he didn't NAIL, in my view, how she persuaded Ty Lee to join her back at the beginning of season 2).

Zuko ranting to the frog thing is absolutely hilarious.
"Why am I so bad at being good?!" Urm, Zuko, I'd say that that's entirely due to your past track record making almost everyone you're trying to deal with biased against you. You did a very good job of sabotaging yourself here...even if that's not what you were intending to do at the time.
Oh look, it's Haru and Teo. Wonder where the heck they've been? Exploring the temple, I see. Also, I'm amused that they keep heading away everytime Aang, Sokka, Katara, and Toph have to deal with Zuko.
It's...kinda a pity that Toph didn't let Zuko help with her burned feet. Because if ANYONE in the cast knows how to deal with burns in a way that doesn't have anything to do healing via waterbending, it'd be Zuko. On a sorta sidenote, it makes sense for Zuko to be paranoid like that about being approached at night; he spent a good chunk of season 2 wandering around in enemy territory (which he and his uncle agreed was the lesser of two evils, so to speak), and then he was spending time with Azula, which has to be nervewracking when you KNOW she's lied about something VERY VERY BIG which could cause Ozai to be rather pissed at you. So Zuko lashing out with fire? Not the brightest idea, but somewhat understandable. Using a less bending intense method, though, would probably have been better.
I'm thinking I need to update my list of questions I had, since I haven't updated it since early season 3 at the latest. That might go in the next post.
