well, i'm happy. i feel like i deserved it. and i feel like the other people cast deserved it, too. yes, i do agree that the AD thing is whack. but that's no reason for everyone to be bitter and take stabs at other people.
we all know that the theatre department, in a lot of ways, plays favorites. and by theatre department, i mostly mean Doc. But Higgins doesn't really do that. If he played favorites, he would call Jonathan Clem down from New York to play Charles. I watched the auditions, i watched the callbacks. the people who got these parts deserve them fully. so quit yer bitchin'.
But, yes, i do think that Brani should have gotten AD. I think that is an example of the theatre department being fucked up and not fair, but like i said, that is no reason to say that other people didn't deserve the parts they'd been cast in. just because alex wanted to do Blithe Spirit so bad, doesn't mean she was the only one who wanted it. because that would be ridiculous.
