Today has been a great day so far. I got up, watched Beverly Hills 90210, which I am slowly getting addicted to, got a shower, and went shopping. I went to Old Navy, where I finally used my gift card and some birthday money. I bought a really great outfit that is nothing like any other clothes I owned before today. I cannot wait to wear my new clothes. The bad part is, I have promised myself that no one can see my new clothes until tomorrow night, when I go out for my birthday. I have a hard time keeping things hidden, a very hard time. We will see if I can hold it back until tomorrow night.
Tomorrow I turn 22 years old and I feel great. I have never been happier, even though I feel I am getting old. This time next year I will have a job, maybe in Virginia, supporting myself. Exciting times are ahead.
