"hella much"
So, I am back from RoadTrip2005, and have been since the middle of the night/Saturday morning. The thing is, my cell phone went kaput in Seattle about a week ago. Basically, I rely far too much on modern technology and am left without anyones phone number, except for the two or three I could find scrawled somewhere.
Speaking of modern technology, I joined the cool kids and bought an Ipod. 60g; ridiculous, I know. Got approved for a Best Buy credit card and maxed it out all in the same day. Sweeet. Five hundred dollars on one little machine is ridiculous, but I figured I justified it by getting it in Oregon because there wasn't any sales tax. Umm... makes sense, right?
All in all, the road trip was a blast. Vancouver wins, followed by Portland, leaving Seattle in dead last. Seattle had the best hostel people though and that made the city, some real interesting folks. Green Tortoise Hostel in Seattle, much love.
And now to the real reason why I am updating; Roadtrip is being extended. I am leaving in an hour for the greater Los Angeles area and will be back early Thursday morning. [Vikki, I will still make it out for the appt. if you were able to get one] It was decided on around midnight of last night. So I will be running purely on a few hours of sleep and adrenaline. Spontaneity rules.
