This means if you play more than one character in Ares, you can vote for each character that is not involved in DwtS in any way.
I.e., Paine cannot vote because she's a judge, and neither can Balthier or K-Na.
I.e., Selphie and Zell cannot vote because they work on the show.
I.e., Ephraim, Aerith, Innes cannot vote because they're competing.
I.e., Eirika, Zalbag, Bridget cannot vote because they're professional dancers.
