It's one of my all time fav. eps. A vampire biting into the neck of a human is classic. That it was Buffy, saving his life, was perfect.

Although, one could fancy that this was another more recent event, one that happens with more regularity...

This was so beautifully written. Lovely wording, just lovely.

I love that scene and I just watched it earlier today on a BTVS marathon, so finding this gem was particulary poignant with the scene fresh in my mind.

Beautiful drabble. Your word choice is perfect and I love the contrast between Angel's thoughts of damnation with Buffy's thoughts of love. They've got very different lines of thinking here.

Absolutely correct. They do have different mindsets and I wanted to show that here.

Love conquers all, huh? Which is why I know that pesky clause will be vanquished too.
