I now find myself pondering how much I care about the order of the things I count or enumerate. I'm also extra amused by the above because just a couple of days ago I was explaining the difference between combinations and permutations to a couple people in an attempt to explain why the number of items in a sample space can be different from the number of possible outcomes of an experiment.
