I am working on my fake language right now and I have decided to try to make the grammar like English - only simplified. Cuz if I made it more similar to Japanese grammar- well I already know how to explain japanese grammar and how it works. THEREFORE I WONT REALLY LEARN ANYTHING. English grammar - on the other hand... I have no idea why some grammar works the way it does. I WILL CONQUER YOU ENGLISH GRAMMAR... CONQUER AND SIMPLIFY YOUUUUU!
SO YA... I HAVE AN ENGLISH GRAMMAR QUESTION. And here are my example sentences... :D
This is Bob, who makes the toys that go WEEEEH.
This is where babies learn to go poopoo.
This is the thing that will suck you in if you get too close.
How to you explain the underlined words? As far as I know - who and where are used when asking a question.
'That' is something that exists and is a closer to the listener.
And get means to like... pick something up.. kinda.
And the word "go" - does that mean the babies go to the poop?
If you just take those meanings and read those sentences it doesnt make sense. What do these words mean then?
PLEASE EXPLAIN TO MEEEE. T_T
ALSO could someone translate these example sentences in JAPANESE PLEASE? :D
