OotP
They have made a complete mess of this particular movie. It had excellent visual effects, excellent casting and acting -- Daniel Radcliffe in particular improved enough not to make me squirm every time he stresses out about something -- but the editing/SCREENPLAY! It's horrible!
- They should have taken out Grawp if they didn't know what to do with it. Grawp and Hagrid, if they're not going to include the giant story anyway save for two measly sentences or something. What's the point?
- I don't care much about the whole "blame Cho" angle. It wasn't necessary, but whatever.
Why didn't they include:
- Ron as Keeper, Ginny as Seeker (?!), Ron and Hermione as prefects
- PERCY (!) being stubborn and completely against them?!
- Narcissa Malfoy is part of the Black family. How are they going to explain that in the sixth movie?!
- Kreacher should have been given a more substantial part.
- FIRENZE.
They didn't even explain:
- Weasley twins dropped out of school and are opening a joke shop, much help from Harry's Triwizard winnings.
- Molly Weasley being quite stressed out about her whole family being in the Order.
- Sirius was getting edgy and wanted to be part of the action.
- Tonks and her relation to Sirius.
- NEVILLE-BELLATRIX, and the St. Mungo's scene?!?!?! Where in bloody hell was it?
- The prophecy, which is probably the main point of this movie...odjsd'opfdghdfgphfdgkl
- It was UNCLEAR that Harry was connecting to Voldemort's mind. They should have given that more emphasis!
- What about the Snape flashback?!?! (Enough said.) *hyperventilates*
- THE FUCKING MOVIE TITLE DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE! So um, yeah what IS the Order of the Phoenix, they were there (randomly there) for like what, 5 MINUTES?
And so much more. Oh man, there are so many things wrong about this movie...it bothers me so much. =/ How is JKR treating this latest release, does anyone know?
