After I finished my 1. test yesterday 2. orchestra class 3. rewrite of my rough draft for my writing class...
I stayed up until 3am reading Farenheit 451.
There was a book sale in the Wilk today. I felt I had to buy all the books or someone would burn them.
But it was not true, so I just bought four books.
I am running out of shelf space.
One of the books was a Winnie-the-Pooh book, the original by A.A. Milne.
I did not know he was so clever.
I also bought The Witches by Roald Dahl.
Jessie and I also discovered a section of the bookstore where they sell the classics for deliciously low ammounts of money. I could have bought James Joyce's Dubliners for $1.50. Or the short stories of Nathaniel Hawthorne, or The Canterville Ghost by Oscar Wilde.
I am committed to rewarding myself with one new book every week.
Not rewarding for anything in particular, but just for the sake of rewarding myself. I deserve many more rewards than I am given, so I feel it is time to start paying up.
Do feel free to chip in, of course.
Do you think I should make Tshirts from my
comics?
hm.
