their article about the attempted van bomb with this thought-provoking question:
"Why was Faisal Shahzad permitted to board a flight for Dubai some 24 hours after investigators of the Times Square terrorism case learned he might be connected to the attempted bombing?"
Having just been through airport security (and gotten my shoes swabbed for gunpowder and my water carefully dumped in the fountain but no questions about my deliberately incorrect birthday for their new pre-screening thing) I can answer in just four words: because the TSA suuuuuuuuuuucks.
