The problem with animated icons is that once you make one, every time you're watching a cartoon you have to be on your guard or else you'll be like "Hey, a loop. I bet that would make a neat icon..." And then you waste your evening playing with font choices.
To make room for Zoro's approval, I deleted my old Kumagoro icon, which I've had for ages and ages - in fact, I think it was one of my first ones. But I don't really use it for anything, and it's not like there's much point in advertising the cute little out-of-print-forever guy, so into retirement he goes.
