I probably managed to mangle my exam in archeology. It's prolly due to the fact that it was mostly technical stuff like theories in interpretation and fieldwork things.... and mostly due to the lack of sleep and studying that I've had this week. Baaaah fail week was fail.
But I'm determinted to pass my cj test. The professor gives us 45 of the 100 questions so we can study (score~), and this weekend I'm gonna read the articles I have yet to look at and refresh my memory for the textbook.

"It doesn't look like it, but I'm really having fun."
This sums up today in a neat little quote. Of the APO group there I only know two (Ashley and Andrew), but everyone seems really friendly and I'm sure once I warm up to the group I'll be fine. I'm still in that "I'm new and I dont know anyone, so I'm gonna stand akwardly over here and watch you all" phase... I'm gonna go to their meeting on monday and take a gander at that and see what's up.
They really just get together and have fun, then do service projects.... it's kinda cool. Ashley said that they don't haze and take pride in that fact, and to keep it all kosher no pledges can go drinking with them. I'm totally waiting for a time to be all "ohey I'm a certified bartender with no experience, so if you ever need a bartender..." XD

I need to either email or call the school and see if they have any suggestions for summer work. I'll apply at chilis in Buda, a couple places in South Austin, and then a couple places by the outlet mall. Someone out there must need an extra bartender....
