Hotel/Convention Space
It was in a place that wasn't too far from fast food and the hustle and bustle of downtown San Antonio. I was very happy that there were places to walk to in case people wanted real food. The hotel was really nice (I didn't think it was a Holiday Inn until I got there) and the atmosphere was really good. Even the workers were nice, especially the consierge who let me use his computer to check a phone number. XD The auditorium i've been in before, and was happy with it as well. Dealers room was decent, though it's understandable because otakon was the same weekend.

Crowd
Like it's been mentioned a bunch of times out there on the web (ie: 4chan), the con was really laid back. Could be because nearly everyone left after the dealers room closed on friday, which is probably because most of the congoers were high school kids and lived in the area. Someone mentioned that most of the people he talked to were here at a con for the first time.

Cosplay
Hmm not much to say except it was pretty good. I wasn't really impressed with the costumes, but hey, first year con/cosplayers. A couple of the cosplays were awesome (the sakura with the hoop skirt was amazing) but most of them didn't speak to me. The show went smooth, if not a bit rushed because they started late. I didn't stay past the improv thing because I wasn't really interested in staying. Other than those comments... big congrats go to Geoff and Kim for their great job as cosplay directors~

Programming
The only thing I can really say was.... not enoght stuff happening! While the rave and the cosplay show were going on, there wasn't much of anything for people to do. Especially during the concert, which I skipped out on because I wasn't feeling well. :/
Also... there was no pannelist for the Ranger pannel on sunday, so I helped out Pyro with it. It was.... totally last minute? Kind of a bad way to do a panel. i hope we did ok...

Overall
Deffinatly a con I would go to again. It turned out like a first year con, better than ikkicon and not as big. A little too small for my con tastes, but like I said, first year con. It will get bigger, I'm sure. If I can and it is in the cards, I will go next year.
