Bread pudding muffin!
yeap, coconut ice cream made by my mum and sis! cause we didnt have any vanilla ice cream on hand :P
It actually tastes more like pudding than muffin, and mine came out really pudding-y, not hard like a muffin. it's tasty though, with apply chunks and raisins! smells heavenly :)

here's the lot of them, missing 3. my sis ate two of them =w= in hindsight, i should've let them brown a little more. and i used a muffin tin. i think my muffins turn out better in paper cup-lined aluminum muffin cups, or without paper cups in a muffin tin...
