I need to go to bed... so obviously I'm going to think about this first because if anything is more important than sleep it's deciding which cartoon characters would be of use if zombies ever existed!
I see that you've played the Superhero card so Superman, being pretty much omnipotent, would be a good choice but not really in keeping with the mood so...
I'll take Catwoman (in the shape of Julie Newmar) and um... Flash Gordon was made in cartoon form as well so I'll also have the Princess (in the shape of Ornella Muti) and... Godzilla. I'll bring along Godzooki as well... but only if to see Godzilla bite his fucking head off. Captain Caveman can help him fight the zombies. Not because I think he'll be any use I just think it would be funny.
Then... I'll have Jamie and Wordsworth (from Jamie and the Magic Torch) so we can go to Cuckoo Land to escape the zombies.
I've no real interest in Jamie and Wordsworth you understand, it's just the magic torch that I want... although Wordsworth was funny so he can live.
Oh yeah... and while Catwoman's whip will be fun I'll take Batman's Batcuffs along for good measure... er... yeah.

Ooh, I've got an idea; Batgirl as well (so Catwoman and I can leave her behind and watch her die... it'll give us something to laugh about later)

1) No-one thinks this is important or; B) My answer was perfect and as such no-one else thought they had anything to add or; iii) My answer put everyone off.
