I really am on the verge of tears....
Right now I'm trying not to cry. Velvet's faceup was near perfect volks did everything but the freckles and I could live with that. Even though if I order her next month and not at last dolpa NY I can request freckles.
My problem is her faulty zouks the color I chose was the perfect for her. the zouks I got have uneven pupils and the whites are not symmetrical. One eye is even thinner than the other. I need to ask my husband to help take the proper macros photos to send volks.
I want to be polite as Volks has always been nice and their dolls bring me joy but I waited 3 nearly four months for my doll who is my 12th anniversary present. Her lleft lash was slightly jiggly yesterday that should have alerted me that it was loose but I was more concerned with the zouks. Today her left lash was half hanging. Rather than deal with sending her back to volks for a lash problem I can glue it myself.
I really am disappointed hat I have to send them an email about the zouks at all I wantedto be sending a happy gushy email on how perfect she is. Faceupwise she is perfect I just didn't expect volks to send her out with her lash half glued in and her zouks like this. I was willing to wait til October like they said. I would have preferred they mail her in October perfect than get her early and rushed.
The zouks also had black stains on the back but since that doesn't get sen I didn't see it as a problem
