In Croatia

As expected I havent really kept up with my livejournal. But basically after Prague, the three of us headed to krakow, poland. I loved Krakow from the minute I arrived. We arrived in the early morning and the town was quiet and foggy and seemed so mysterious. We stayed at a hostel called  "Goodbye Lenin" near the main center of town. Robert and I took a tour of Aschwitz and Birkeneu concentration camps, which was really riviting and depressing, but overall I am glad to see it in person. Really makes you wonder how people can believe that the Holocaust never happened. Krakow is such a random town, lots of young people, street performers, and it has such a positive energy.

We then took a night train from Krakow to Budapest. The train ended up taking 14 hours, at least this time we had a sleeper, so we just relaxed and caught up on sleep.

Budapest was okay, it was warm when we were there, and its such a busy city, that I felt dirty walking around. We took a tour of the city, and since we couldnt find a room for the second night Robert and I headed to Vienna to sleep. The next day Robert headed to Munich and I headed south to Croatia. I am currently in Zagreb, waiting for my bus to the coast. Im going to just chill out in Croatia for a week before making my way back north to catch my plane. So far I love Croatia, its so mellow, and the city is nice for being a capital.
