no, but I was "born" in the Shire of Danescombe
4. Do you remember your first SCA event? When/what was it?
the first SCA event I went to was Clinton in 2001, but attending Daffodil in 2002 is the reason why I'm in the SCA today

Only if I'm feeling official-like.

no, but I think it's time I get one

I am on my principality list along with several local shire lists
10. Do you keep your Pennsic/Estrella/Gulf Wars/etc. site tokens?
I keep some of the tokens I've received, but I'm not careful about it.
11. Do you keep the favours you've been given by royalty/friends/Sos, etc.? Do You wear them all?
I've never got a favour from anyone, so no.
12. Do you call your friends by their SCA names even when you're not at an event?
Sometimes, it depends. I only want to know people's real names if I want to be real friends, and then I try to use real names in "real" life and SCA names at events
13. Do you go out to dinner in garb after an event?
I don't attend a lot of events that have this option, but I've often ran errands in garb before/during events
14. Do you have all kinds of garb, or do you generally stick to one period?
Norse all the way baby! But I have borrowed wenching outfits to dress up for Bernie's birthday one year and halloween just this past year
15. How many interests do you have within the SCA? What's your favourite?
Too many! My first love is doing lists, followed by pretty much anything to do with paperwork! There's so many things I want to learn, but know that I have many years to do it.
16. Do you have an SCA-oriented web site (to show off projects, keep dress diaries, etc.)?
not yet, I've been thinking of setting one up, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
17. Do you maintain a hairstyle that is more period style than modern?
I don't know if you would call it maintaining a hairstyle! I'm almost constantly in a state of growing my hair out.
I love short pixie style hair, but it doesn't work with camping, so I'm trying to grow it out so I don't have horrible hat hair on Sundays going home!
18. Do you tell "No $###, there I was" stories? (Admit it.) Do any of them involve well-known SCA people?
No, but I love hearing my friends tell them.
19. Authenticity is Fun. Yes or no? Why?
Mostly fun - I'm not very authentic, though. I will only have clothes made out of linen or raw silk, but I still wear the sunglasses and talk about what's happening in my friends modern day lives
20. Is there one modern thing at events that really bugs you?
jeans and white running shoes. If you have to wear running shoes, can't you at least wear dark ones that don't light up?
Bonus Question! 21. Everyone has a shameful garb/accessory mistake hidden somewhere in their past. What's yours? (We're all friends here, we promise not to laugh. Much.)
I don't think I really have one.... I was lucky with who helped me out in the beginning. My first outfit was made out of 100% cotton and it was hot, hot, hot! But not shameful...
