That is just how I picture jared being as a teenager - full of raging empotions with no real outlet, acting up to get any kind of attention. But desperately wanting somebody to do something to stop him.

Oh yup, absolutely. I think Phin was a good antidote to him most of the time, and Jeff knew how to handle him pretty well, so he didn't turn out nearly as messed up as he could have. At least now he has Jensen to stop him doing stupid things..mostly. LOL.

oh man, poor phin for taking the heat of jared's behavior. and damn jared for being a total jerk and doing all that bad stuff. but you know... he wouldn’t be the man he is now if he hadn’t have gone through that stuff.

i loved this. getting a glimpse into these guys' past is so fun.

Right? I think Phin got used to doing it, but it still sucks for him. I just thought it went a good way to explaining their closeness now, how they are around one another. I'm kinda glad Jared turned out the way he did though. ~sly grin~
