What was you first though of Jensen and did you really thing Jared deserved him at first?

My first thought when I saw Jensen? Oh, shit. I liked him though. Good kid. Shame about the father, but we don't pick our parents. Truthfully I'm not even sure Jay liked him at first. Yes, though, to your question. I always wanted Jay to have whatever he wanted, however much he had to reach for it.

Eeeee! Too bad I suck at asking questions :(

Okay Jeff, what was the absolute stupidest thing Jared's ever done? I mean, he's done a lot of stupid shit.

Aaaand. What's the most embarrassing thing he's ever done? Cause he's not going to be sharing with the class on that one.

And how do you feel about being shipped with Rock in my head-canon?

Ha! He's getting better about the stupid shit, but yeah. You're right. Stupidest thing he ever did was not listening to me about Mickey's place. I told him that Chuck was a bad idea, but he's one of those people who doesn't listen. He just does what he wants.

Most embarrassing..huh. He serenaded a girl to try and get her to go out with him. That was when he was still in school. Just after his dad..left..and I was seeing his mom. He sang in the middle of the school cafeteria. Don't ask me what the song was, he didn't even admit that one to his mother.

Are you shittin' me? You've seen my wife, right?

She's included too, don't worry. And I plan on asking her what she thinks of it when it's her turn to answer questions.

OH, thought of another one. What was your initial reaction to finding out Jared dug guys?

Stevie'd get a real kick out of that, I'm sure.

Jay was never secretive about that kind of thing with me. I think he wanted to shock me, y'know? Get a reaction outta me like his old man would've given him. I don't think he counted on me not giving a damn. Truthfully, no matter what that kid does, I love him.

Well ya know...There's always financial aid. ;]

Was there ever a time when you thought Jay just wouldn't come home?

There were a lot of times, truth be told. Most before he met Jensen, one time afterward. I thought he might leave that first Thanksgiving with Stevie. If Jensen hadn't been there, he probably would have. But before that, it was just every time he got himself in trouble. When he started hanging around with Chuck, no matter what I said to him he couldn't see the harm in it. I thought Chuck could wind up getting him in so much trouble he'd wind up in prison for life. Or wind up dead.

Hey Jeff,
Do you feel protective over Jensen, like you feel for your own son Jay ?

Jensen became part of my family the minute he started living under my roof. I know Jay's got his back, and I know that Jensen's gotten used to standing up for himself now, but sure. Anyone tried to hurt him and I could stop it, I'd be there.

When you started dating Jared's mum and met Jared, were you worried about connecting with him? By Jared's own admission, he was a handful then.

He made it..difficult, no question. He didn't trust me at all, no matter what I did. It was hard and when we found out his mom was sick, yeah, I worried a lot. I worried about how he'd handle it and, truth was, he didn't handle it so well. He got in a lot of trouble at the start. Didn't expect me to help him out of it, I guess, but I did. I don't think he really calmed down until Jensen came into his life.

When I met Stevie it was easier, believe it or not. He warmed to her a lot faster than he did to me.

Thanks! Do you mind if I ask another question? I realised that I've been wondering what got you interested in motorbikes.

Don't mind at all!

The love of motorbikes? All my dad's fault. My youth was..interesting. I had two good friends, Tommy and Mickey, and my dad was a real Hell's Angel. He let me have his bike as soon as I could handle it - tests didn't really matter to him, if I could ride it then he figured I'd be all right. Tommy had a Ducati and we'd take it in turns letting Mickey ride with us. But it was definitely my dad who got me into motorbikes. He'd spend most weekends riding, working on his bike, inviting his buddies round. I didn't really have a choice but to show an interest, they would have ripped the piss outta me if I didn't. As soon as I started to learn, I didn't have to pretend. I fell in love.

Plus, y'know, they're really good for picking up hot girls.
