Ah, the price of procrastination. I'm in a bit of a tight situation. Perhaps some advice. Does anyone know how indepth or accessible medical records are? I need health insurance from work, but I need it to treat a pre-existing condition. I'm told that pre-existing conditions require about 3-6 months before insurance will cover it. A co-worker of mine suggested that since I was diagnosed through a small family doctor without insurance, that if I went through my work's doctors and feigned ignorance, then I may be able to get it treated right away if they believe that it wasn't pre-existing. He didn't think they'd find any records on it, but anyone know otherwise? See, I think I've run out of time. I think waiting another 6 months could be very dangerous, and I feel that waiting this long has already put me in danger. My biggest mistake was getting it diagnosed in the first place. Had I not, I could blame this on work and have it covered under workman's comp. Such it life.
On another note. It's amazing how catching a whiff of toasted hazelnut can simultaniously be so exhilerating and depressing. They say smell is the strongest form of memory. Or is that music? Eh...
