The semester is finally begining to wind down...

YEAY!!! It's finally begining to feel like the semester is almost over. Today was the last day of classes. I got back my grade from the second lab practical in Cell and Tissue...the first practical in that class killed my grade (33/100), but I improved a LOT for this second exam...(80/120, a 75%) It's not the greatest grade in the world, but it's all relative, and for this class, it's a good grade. The professor doesn't curve either...most bio. proffs don't. And, I got my grade on the lab project, (160/200). So...needless to say, I'm not failing that class anymore...which is why I'm feeling so much better at the moment. I figured out my current average, it's a 69.6%, so it would be rounded up to a C-. I still have a 150 pt. final to take in a week from today. I have lots of time to study, but there is a LOT of material, it's a cumulative final. On the up side, students in the class want to hold a review session...that will force me to study.
The finals for my other classes are going to be extremely important as well. Whether or not I ace psych. will depend on my grade on the 100pt final, but at least that final is not comprehensive AND it only covers two chapters...I think that I could pull it off. I'm really pleased with the 85% I got on my last Animal Behavior exam. That was the highest exam grade that I've had all semester. The good new in that class is that we have had three papers and other lab assignments that I did really well on that will boost my grade, and I haven't had a grade below a C in that class. So, I should come out with a B of some sort...I'm trying to pull for a B+. I think that's attainable. I don't have a final for Encountering World Religions or Tennis. Tennis will be finished today, but I still have a paper due in Enc. World Religions. I was looking at the assignment today and it doens't look that difficult, and really have not had any problems with the papers. I had an A at mid-terms...my exam grades were 2 low A's and one high B...which is better than most of the class.
Is it too much to ask for and A in psych and an A in Enc. World Religions??? ~I don't think so.
