I am home! Lots of snow in Gävle, it's odd, really. I'm afraid I might be turning Scanian. Anyway. Trip home could have been better, we were in Malmö on a school trip on Friday, and didn't get back to school until after three, so it got a bit stressful because I had stuff left to do before I left, so I was late for the bus, almost, almost missed my train because of it (but it stopped at Ramlösa station too, which was good, because I wouldn't have made it into Helsingborg in time). Then the train was late in Lund. Only by a couple of minutes but it still wasn't nice to have to stand waiting in that wind.
Ah yes, and then I felt sick almost the entire journey up till Stockholm because I ate lunch at Burger King and still haven't learnt that I really really shouldn't do that. Slept most of the time though as I didn't get any sleep the night before. Was greeted at the station by hyperactive mother and little sister, then we stayed with my uncle over the night. Hope cousin didn't pass on her cold to me...
BUT. I finally got to see the exhibition with the terracotta army! It was so so cool! Except the part where I almost panicked! But it was awesome! Even though it was small!
mmm we went to SF-bokhandeln, I bought Inferno (... the DW serial), Graceling by Kristin Cashore (liked it, Katsa is a bit like Katniss of The Hunger Games, and I like fantasy heroines like that), and also The Strange Affair of Spring-Heeled Jack by Mark Hodder and I know absolutely nothing about it aside from that it had a pretty cover and it seemed interesting enough.
And now we're back in Gävle! Dante is still tired from staying with uncle and their black lab, keeps burrowing under blankets. Which isn't new, I guess. It'll be nice to be home for the week, even if mum still has work. And it's the annual book sale on Wednesday! Already planning to buy a lot of books, the only sad thing is that I won't be able to bring any with me down to school. I need to pack spring clothes already because the next time I'm home is at Easter...
I'll enjoy the vacation while it lasts, though.
